I really enjoyed Ice Planet Barbarians when I read it all the way back in 2015.

  • See Possible Triggers for Abuse and OTT sad parts.
  • No separation between the Hero and Heroine.
  • Does have slight OW drama (the Hero’s ex-love is his tribe’s healer).
  • Since the series follows a close-knit community, many couples are prominently featured in later books which may explain why a lower-ranked book’s couple is higher-ranked (see Barbarian’s Alien, for example).
